1. Returns

Eligibility for Returns: You can return most items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
Non-Returnable Items: Unfortunately, certain items cannot be returned, including custom or personalised products.

2. How to Initiate a Return

3. Shipping Costs

Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., receiving an incorrect or damaged item).
Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Refunds

Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.
Timeframe for Refunds: Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your refund to appear in your account.
